2. Data Collected

Mitica Lab collects the following personal data:

• Registration data (teachers only): name, email address, encrypted password
• Usage data: AI content created (name, description, blocks), student nicknames used to access with a class code
• Technical data: session cookies required for the service to function

We do not collect personal data from minors via registration. Minors access with a self-chosen nickname, without providing identifiable personal data.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Service delivery (authentication, class management, AI publishing)
• Security and abuse prevention
• Platform improvement

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given at registration, and on the performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Users may request deletion at any time by writing to postmaster@miticalab.com.

6. Third Parties

Data is stored on Supabase (GDPR-compliant cloud infrastructure). We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Cookies

Mitica Lab uses only technical cookies necessary for the service to function (user session). We do not use profiling or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise your rights, write to postmaster@miticalab.com.

9. Minors

Registration is only permitted for adults. Minors may use the platform without registration, via a class code provided by their teacher. Content published by students is the responsibility of the teacher managing the class.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
